What to bring/provide on that day

  • Tax returns last 2 years (if you have them)
  • Latest Superannuation Statements
  • Latest pay-slips
  • Statements of any investment income that you receive
  • Details of your living expenses (rough estimate is fine)
  • Where we provide clients with superannuation advice, we are also required by law to obtain up-to-date and valid photo identification. At the meeting we will need to make a copy of your Driver’s Licence or Passport so please make sure that you bring this with you.

Parking is available where marked with a star

To access Secure Parking available within our building, continue down Docklands Drive and turn left onto Doepel Way. The entrance to Secure Parking will be on your left hand side. Once Parked, take the car park lifts down to level one to access the main lobby of the building where you will then be able to access the office lifts to reach Level 15.

If you are catching public transport you can catch the ‘City Circle’ Tram from the CBD. No 70 via Flinders Street or No 86 via Bourke Street to Waterfront City/Harbour Town – Stop D10 (New Quay).

Once you enter the building, walk through the lobby to the lifts at the end. Head up to Level 15 and turn left then left again and walk down the corridor to the end and you’ll find our office. One of our friendly staff will greet you upon arrival.
