As a Practice Manager, he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s success and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, foster a culture of excellence among team members, and continuously seek innovative and efficient ways to enhance the client experience. He also plays an integral part in ensuring the compliance standards meets and exceeds industry standards.

He is deeply passionate about the transformative power of financial planning and remains committed to staying abreast of industry developments and best practices. He believes in building long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and a genuine desire to see them succeed.

Outside of work, you will find Zafar spending quality time with his wife and two kids. He also is an avid cricket player and fan; and loves his social badminton with friends.
