Jiing Chiang

Jiing brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to his role as Compliance Manager. Beginning his career as a paraplanner, Jiing progressed to Head of Paraplanning and Compliance Manager. His journey also includes roles in audit, as an associate adviser, and paraplanning coach – giving him a comprehensive understanding of the advice process and regulatory landscape.

One of Jiing’s key strengths is simplifying complex compliance requirements into clear, practical solutions. He is passionate about innovation and enjoys exploring new approaches, always with a conservative, risk-aware mindset to ensure integrity and client protection.

Outside of work, Jiing loves spending time with his young family and friends and watching sports, balancing his professional focus with personal passions.
