Craig Dickinson

With a double degree in Financial Planning and Accountancy from RMIT University, I bring a thoughtful, technically grounded and client-focused approach to my role as a Client Service Officer at CCA Financial Planners. My academic training has provided me with a strong foundation across superannuation, taxation, investment structures and retirement planning, which I apply with care, clarity and consideration to each client’s individual circumstances.

My career journey has been shaped by a diverse range of experiences, including a Business Analyst Internship with TRG International in Vietnam, client-facing roles with Carlisle Homes and Fossil Group, and consulting-style academic projects undertaken during my financial planning and accountancy studies. Together, these experiences have helped me develop a balanced perspective that blends analytical discipline with an appreciation for the personal and practical side of financial decision-making.

My motivation stems from opportunity to help. To support advisers and clients as they plan for their financial future. I take a measured and mindful approach to my work, with a strong respect for detail, diligence and the long-term difference that well-considered advice can make for individuals and families. I am particularly interested in helping clients feel confident, comfortable and supported through important life transitions, whether that be building wealth, preparing for retirement, or creating long-term security.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling though not as a tourist, and find myself often drawn to experiences that invite, perspective and a sense of presence. These interests reflect a broader commitment to curiosity, growth and ongoing improvement, values that I carry into both my professional development and the relationships I build with clients and colleagues.
