Client Service Officer

I am a dedicated client services professional with six years’ experience in the financial planning industry. In my role, I keep the advice process moving—supporting clients and advisers with clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow‑through. I value clarity, accuracy, and accountability, and I take ownership to ensure work is completed properly and on time.

Day to day, I manage client review preparation, and ongoing administration, coordinating paperwork, liaising with providers, and tracking tasks to deadlines. I’m calm and approachable with clients, and firm on standards—I do things the right way and maintain a high level of detail so the team can deliver consistently great outcomes.

I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) to deepen my knowledge and continue growing professionally. I’m always open to learning new systems and approaches that help me lift service quality and contribute more to the team.

Outside of work, I enjoy drawing portraits, baking and trying new recipes, reading, and listening to music—creative interests that keep me curious and balanced.
