Please advise if you think there are areas where we can improve our service Personally I think Chris and his team are doing brilliant job. Chris has me covered in every department and is brilliant. Only one thing comes to mind.When government changes the rules regarding SMSF or anything in general, it would be great if I was informed. ( in my case I been told I can take my money anytime I want, and I’m in tax free department, but when I was in desperate situation to withdraw the money last year I got taxed) which caught me by surprise, because I did withdraw before age of 60 years old. That’s probably only thing.apart from this, everything is perfect .
