We have been more than satisfied with the service and advice provided by Chris Cachia and staff over the five years of our association with CCAFP. I am writing to thank Marcello Rogliano for all the work he has done to settle my two total and Permanent Disability claims. Marcello alerted me to my eligibility to claim TPD after my accident in 2016, I wasn’t aware that I could claim. He negotiated the complex and differing requirements of MLC and AIA, chasing down lost documents and stalled processes for well over a year until both companies recognised my claims.
I am looking forward to working with him as we work out how to manage my payments and my financial future.
