Dear Chris,
Thank you to yourself, David and the team for the support and compassion shown when Stephen passed away recently. It meant so much to me when you attended the funeral and David has been so thoughtful and courteous during the insurance / death certificate / other paperwork, which is hard to go through when you are grieving. You certainly changed both our lives over the last few years and have put us in a very strong financial position, we both used to say we wish we’d met you many more years ago!
Thanks again for your continued help – no silly question I ask goes unanswered and any matter, regardless of how trivial, is dealt with quickly and with a smile.
